Angela Faulkner-Van Deysen, MPA, FLE, PCED,CPM is the new Director of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at West Virginia University.

Angela has called West Virginia home since 1993. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Muskingum College and a Master’s in Public Administration from WVU. She also holds the designations of Certified Family Life Educator, Professional Community Economic Developer and Certified Project Manager. For the past six years, Angela has been a Program Specialist for WVU Extension Services, managing the Healthy Family/Healthy Children Initiative. Angela is a former Regional Director for West Virginia Family Connections, a former Family Resource Network Director and a trainer for WV Public Broadcasting (PBS). Angela lives in Woodburn with her husband, Brent Van Deysen, their fabulous teenager, Ashley, and Alden, the massive mastiff.
