The Market at WVU, the new café located on the ground level, will replace EiO & the Hive Restaurant with Panini Pete’s after Thanksgiving. The change comes after seeing strong interest in an extended menu featuring salads, sandwiches and soups.
“The menu will offer a wider range of affordable options while also featuring the increasing demand for salads,” said Dan Simpson, managing partner with Fresh Hospitality.
Panini Pete’s will also feature fresh coffee and juices. The changeover will begin the week of Nov. 21 and be completed by the time students, faculty and staff return from Thanksgiving break.
With the addition of Panini Pete’s, the current restaurants in The Market, Hugh Baby’s and Little Donkey, will be adding breakfast items to their menus, giving customers multiple options for every meal of the day.
