Nurses asked to participate in Nursing Learning Needs Assessment

In May, the Center for Education and Organizational Development (CEOD) will be implementing the Nursing Learning Needs Assessment for nurses.

The CEOD uses this survey to determine house-wide training needs and classes. Individual unit/department data will be shared so that specific educational plans can be developed.

Nurses will be assigned the 2019 Nursing Learning Needs Assessment CBL and will be directed to click on the test to access the link and complete the survey.

To add some fun to the assignment, clues will be added each week during May. The fourth and final clue is available here. Click to see the first, second, and third clues. 

The unit that has the highest survey participation wins a special "Scooby snack." One prize will be given for inpatient and one for ambulatory.
