Offer feedback about Friends Gift Shop through survey

Through the support of Friends of WVU Hospitals Auxiliary, the gift shop at Ruby Memorial Hospital provides a valuable service and raises funds that benefit patients and guests of WVU Medicine.

Volunteer Services is seeking feedback about the gift shop. Download the survey as a PDF and drop off it at the Friends Gift Shop by Monday, Aug. 1. Surveys will also be available at the gift shop during that time period.

Those who fill out the survey and include name and contact information will be entered to win a $25 gift certificate for Friends Gift Shop.
