Outpatient clinic moves announced

Providers who specialize in non-invasive cardiology will move from their Suncrest Towne Centre location (formerly WVU Heart Institute) to J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital’s new southeast tower soon. The vacated space will be filled with three specialty clinics currently located in the Physician Office Center.

The cardiology unit will move Sept. 7-8, and providers will begin seeing patients in the new location, located on the fourth floor, on Sept. 11. The unit will feature 24 exam rooms.

Cardiac rehab will remain at Suncrest Towne Centre. The rheumatology clinic will move to this location on Sept. 14. And the nephrology and endocrinology clinics will arrive on Oct. 23. There will be 29 exam rooms and one procedure room for these specialties at the new location.

Clinics for rheumatology, nephrology, and endocrinology will move to Suncrest Towne Centre, into the building formerly known as the WVU Heart Institute, this fall.
