Parking permit revalidation for some off-campus employees set for Thursday

On Thursday, Aug. 10, the WVU Medicine-WVU Hospitals Security Office will revalidate parking permits for employees who work at the Operations Support Center from 9-10 a.m. and Suncrest Towne Centre from 10:30-11:15 a.m.

These employees will need to  have the following available:

• Completed Vehicle Registration Form, available on CONNECT
• Old permit
• Photo ID badge

Employees will need to place their new repositionable decal on their windshield, above the inspection sticker; this decal will replace the yellow decal that was issued last year.

If your permit becomes lost or stolen, there will be a $20 (cash only) replacement fee. Intentional falsification of information will result in your permit being revoked.
