Recording of first Epic upgrade webinar for providers available

The first of five Epic upgrade webinars for providers is available at the Information Technology website. The first topic is: “Overview of Epic Upgrade and Where to Find Reference Materials.”

Epic will be upgraded to version 2018 on Saturday, Dec. 8. For details surrounding what is included in the upgrade, view the highlights of the new version.

Epic creates an information system across our health system that has one patient ID, one record, and one unified system of care. Employees can access the Epic Playground environment to practice and become familiar with the new navigation.
