Registration has begun for the 2018 WVU Medicine Nursing Symposium

Registration has begun for the 2018 WVU Medicine Nursing Symposium, which will be held May 2 and May 3 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the WVU Medicine Operations Support Center, Center for Education and Organizational Development (CEOD) Training Rooms. Content is the same for both days but will be offered twice to give more staff the opportunity to attend.

The title of the sumposium is "Embracing the Future: Accept Challenge, Encourage Growth, Celebrate Achievement." 

There will be four learning tracks:

  • Critical Care
  • Medical/ Surgical
  • Children’s Medicine
  • Ambulatory

Participants will be awarded 6.5 nursing contact hours for attending the entire day.
