Reminder: 'Culture of Safety' survey deadline is April 9

Select physician groups and inpatient nursing staff at WVU Medicine are being asked to complete a "Culture of Safety" survey. The designated employees should have received the survey via email from a member of their leadership team.

The anonymous survey will take about 8-10 minutes to complete. The deadline is Monday, April 9.

The survey is being conducted by the WVU Medicine Center for Quality Outcomes to help improve safety within the organization.
