Speaker: Judy Siebart is a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nutritional science from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in community health from West Virginia University.

Judy has worked in many areas of the nutrition field. She consulted for over 20 years with Head Start/Early Head Start. She has extensive teaching experience, having taught nutrition at three colleges and universities. She conducts classes for the diabetes self-management education courses, and she teaches new family resident doctors on various nutrition topics. Judy has a quarterly cooking segment on WVPBS called Doc in the Kitchen.

Judy is a trainer for the Institute of Child Nutrition. She resides in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, with her husband and three children.
