ServiceWise is IT's new self-service portal for reporting of computer issues, requests

In June, Information Technology replaced its HEAT self service with ServiceWise, a new self-service portal that will allow employees to report computer issues and change requests such as new passwords. 

The new portal is only for non-emergent issues. Employees can also access it through Internet Explorer by typing "helpdesk" in their browser or through IT's Customer Service Desk page.

Employees with critical issues should continue to contact the IT Customer Service Center at 304-598-4357.
