St. Joseph’s Hospital to open ophthalmology clinic to provide cataract surgery

Buckhannon, WV – St. Joseph’s Hospital will open an ophthalmology clinic in early October to provide cataract surgery.

Allison Bardes, M.D., Lingo Lai, M.D., Thomas Mauger, M.D., and Lee A. Wiley, M.D., from the WVU Eye Institute will perform the procedures at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Patients will be seen for follow-up care in the clinic in Buckhannon.

The clinic will begin scheduling patients in late September.
