Staff reminded of HIM mailing address

With the recent move of Health Information Management (HIM) and Release of Information (ROI) walk-in services to the WVU Medicine Operations Support Center (ROC 2), there is some confusion regarding the mailing address.

Patients sending mail to HIM/ROI should use the following address:

P.O. Box 8049
Morgantown, WV 26506

The physical address remains 3040 University Avenue, and patients need that address only if they plan to visit HIM/ROI in person.
