Survey for registered nurses to address generational gaps in patient care

A survey for registered nurses conducted by Catherine Mayle, house supervisor, and Mary Fanning, director of nursing administration, is available until June 1.

Some professionals dwell on generation gaps and see them as obstacles in the workplace. Others ignore the differences and deny them. The truth lies somewhere in between.

Taking part in the survey will help the researchers provide education to WVU Medicine management teams about generational differences and how they relate to employee engagement.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes and allows questions to be skipped or omitted. Contact Mayle or Fanning with any questions.
