As WVU Medicine evolves as a system and continues to move toward centralizing its human resources (HR) and payroll functions, we wanted to provide a new service to you – one that will allow you to quickly and easily get answers to all of your HR and payroll questions.
HR1Source, which launched today (Oct. 8), includes a new service center and website. We want it to be your one-stop source for information and questions related to:
- Open enrollment
- Benefits
- Time off
- Tuition reimbursement
- Retirement plans
- Wellness programs
- Payroll
We have a knowledgeable team of WVU Medicine HR Customer Service specialists available to assist you. They’ll provide answers to all of your questions and ensure that you receive the information you need.
The new website is user-friendly, and the content is based on employee feedback, research on best practices, and an ongoing focus on providing you with the information you need, when you need it. There will be articles and FAQs that will allow you to quickly search for relevant topics.
There are many ways for you to get HR1Source support:
- Call: HR Customer Service team members are available by phone weekdays from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Just call 1-833-599-2100.
- Click: The new HR1Source website – http://hr.wvumedicine.org – is available 24/7 for employees and features personalized content.
- Chat: Employees who access the new website can take advantage of an online chat tool, which allows them to connect with HR Customer Service team members. It is available weekdays from 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
