They got the beat: Drumming circle sounds off start of Nurses Week

The staff from Chestnut Ridge Center hosted the first of two drumming circles for National Nurses Week (May 6-12), Friday May 7, in front of J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.

The second is Friday, May 11, from 1-2 p.m. Due to the weather forecast, it will be held in the Chestnut Ridge Center's gymnasium. All employees are welcome to participate.

Also, the Spiritual Care and Education Office is offering a blessing of the hands, available to staff on each unit. The service is available the entire week; see this schedule for more details.
