Tips for health feet topic for community seminar

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – WVU Medicine Berkeley Medical Center and the WVU Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center Eastern Division will sponsor a community mini-medical school program on foot care.

The seminar titled Tips for Healthy Feet…What to do with my Wacky Toes will be held on March 19 at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of the WVU Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center on the Berkeley Medical Center campus.

Most people have experienced a foot problem which is defined as anything from an ingrown toenail to chronic foot pain. Guest speaker Seth Eberhardt, D.P.M., will offer tips on easy ways to treat your feet right and keep them pain-free.

Dr. Eberhardt is a podiatrist on staff at Berkeley Medical Center and practices at the Center for Orthopedic

Excellence in Martinsburg. He treats patients at the Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine at Berkeley Medical Center every Friday.

Registration for the mini-medical school program begins at 6:30 p.m. with the program to follow at 7 p.m.

Light refreshments will be served following the presentation.

The mini-medical school program is being offered free to the public as a community service of WVU Medicine and the WVU Health Sciences Center Eastern campus.
