Voice recognition app M*Modal Fluency Direct to be upgraded

An upgrade of M*Modal Fluency Direct (a voice recognition application used in conjunction with Epic) will occur at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital Jan. 25-26.

The upgrade should take 20-30 minutes on each clinical workstation and will apply general fixes and correct performance issues.

M*Modal Fluency Direct will be upgraded across the WVU Health System, starting Jan. 20.
