Ward joins WVU Medicine Harpers Ferry Family Medicine

HARPERS FERRY, W.Va. -- WVU Medicine University Healthcare Physicians recently announced that Richard Ward, M.D., has joined the staff at Harpers Ferry Family Medicine.

Dr. Ward is board certified in family medicine and a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Buffalo, New York. He completed his family medicine residency and health services management fellowship at Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program, Indiana University of South Bend in Indiana.

Prior to joining UHP, Ward worked as an academic hospitalist for the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program. He is a member of the medical staff at Jefferson Medical Center in Ranson and an assistant professor for the WVU School of Medicine.
