Each week, through May 18, 2016, The Wellness Program and Nutrition Services will host Wellness Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Ruby Cafeteria to promote healthy eating and good nutrition.

For the kick-off event on Wednesday, Nov. 18, fruit-infused water and apples from the WVU farm will be served. The Wellness Program staff will be on hand to provide information about new programs being offered to employees, including the "Clay Challenge" and the "Apple-A-Day" rewards punch card for both the Ruby and HSC Cafeterias.
