Free health screenings include: blood pressure, glucose/cholesterol (fasting is not required), EKG, carotid doppler, BMI, and AHA Risk Assessment. Nutrition, oral health, and exercise education; resource counseling; and personal pharmacy consultations will also be available. Please bring a list of your medications and supplements.
