WVU Medicine 'caps' opening night festivities for WV Black Bears

The West Virginia Black Bears opened their season last night and WVU Medicine was on hand to help celebrate. A photo gallery from last night is available on CONNECT.

The first 1,000 fans received a special Black Bears baseball cap courtesy of WVU Medicine. Also, the WVU Medicine Outpatient Center at University Town Centre had a table where representatives gave out WVU Medicine onesies and chatted with fans about services available at UTC. The ceremonial first pitch was thrown by Carl Shrader, MD, PhD, of Family Med and Men’s Clinic.
