Employees must complete Conflict of Interest and Disclosure CBL by Feb. 17

The 2017 Conflict of Interest and Disclosure CBL has been assigned to all regular and contract employees of UHA and WVUH and is available in NetLearning. Completion is required by Friday, Feb. 17.

The CBL has been assigned to accommodate the growing diversity of the organization and the potential that any employee could have a conflict related to outside activities. Per UHA and WVUH policies, all employees, including providers, are required to complete an annual Conflict of Interest and Disclosure statement and report any potential conflicts that may have occurred during previous calendar (2016).
