WVU School of Nursing officially opens BSN program at WVU Potomac State College

Excitement was in the air as the WVU School of Nursing's Bachelor of Science in Nursing program officially opened its doors on the West Virginia University Potomac State College campus.    

The four-year BSN program begins on the Keyser campus this fall with a full cohort of 24 nursing students.  

Those who participated in the BSN ribbon cutting included (l-r): new BSN Student Ashley Thompson; WVU Potomac State BSN Program Chair Dr. April Shapiro; Dean Tara Hulsey, vice president of Health Promotion and Wellness at WVU, and dean of the WVU School of Nursing; WVU Potomac State President Dr. Jennifer Orlikoff; President and CEO of Grant County Bank George Ford; and Keyser Mayor Damon Tillman.
