'Meditation at the Pylons' on Thursday, Feb. 28 at noon

Join students, faculty and staff in a 20-minute public meditation session

Through collaboration with WellWVU and Collegiate Recovery, Wellness of WVU Medicine will host its first "Meditation at the Pylons" of 2019 in demonstration and promotion of stillness, well-being and mindful stress management. 

No previous meditation experience is required. Mats, cushions and chairs will be provided along with fundamental sitting instruction.
