The HSC is committed to career-long support of professional development and has resources in place to assist Associate Professors and Professors who would like support in reenergizing their research program or pivoting toward a career emphasis in service or teaching. The Mid-Career mentoring program is highly individualized and requires nomination by the department chair; a specific mentoring strategy will then be developed through collaboration of the faculty member, their department chair, and the AVP of Faculty Mentoring.
