Congratulations to Kallie Schafner, a Chemistry sophomore and member of the Nurkiewicz research program. Kallie won the best undergraduate presentation at the Allegheny-Erie Society of Toxicology Fall 2020 Virtual Conference for her presentation: “Vaping Inhalation Consequences on Placental and Pup Weight to Determine the Health Effects of Exposure in Maternal Gestation”.

She will now compete on the national level for the RC4 Undergraduate Merit Award. Well done Kallie!
