Application Requirements

The following materials are required at the time of application, and should therefore be completed (i.e. ready to submit) before starting your application:

• Updated Resume/CV.
• Letter of recommendation from a faculty member or preceptor.
• Copy of your academic transcript to verify GPA.
• Personal statement of no more than 300 words addressing the prompt provided in the application.

Early Admission Application deadline: May 1, 2023

Regular Admission Application deadline: November 15, 2023

Preference for admission will be awarded to those students who apply by the Early Admission deadline, but students may continue to apply through the Regular Admission deadline at anytime; a decision letter will be awarded within 30 days of your application.

If all 75 available slots have been filled at the time of submission, eligible applicants will be placed on a waitlist for admission and contacted as a seat becomes available. No applications will be accepted after the regular application deadline.
