AMIZADE NOW PLANNING 2015 INTERPROFESSIONAL ROTATIONS IN BRAZIL

The interprofessional program includes a series of visits to public health posts, hospitals, and outpatient clinics in and around the city of Santarém to familiarize participants with the health care infrastructure of the Lower Amazon River Basin.

Participants will learn about trends in Brazilian healthcare, the history of Brazil’s Quilombo villages, as well as themes in sustainable development against the backdrop of rapid economic growth in Brazil.
