All WVU Healthcare faculty and staff are invited to visit the Advanced Technology Training Unit (ATTU), a mobile simulation suite, from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, April 9, in the Emergency Department upper parking lot. The mobile unit, a training tool provided by KCI Global Education Institute, offers an on-site learning environment to teach surgeons, nurses and other healthcare providers the “why,” “when” and “how” to use KCI products.
KCI educators travel to facilities and conventions across the country to deliver education, training and information about a variety of hands-on product applications and techniques. A KCI team member will be available at the mobile unit to address WVU Healthcare employees' questions or suggestions.
