Be COVID SAFE This Holiday Season

As students, faculty and staff head into the holiday season, West Virginia University has issued guidance around COVID-19 to keep yourself and your loved ones safe and healthy.

For gatherings and traveling, it is recommended to be fully vaccinated. Those who are yet to be vaccinated should wear a mask in all indoor settings. Regardless of vaccination status, it is required to wear a mask on all public transportation (planes, trains and buses).

Due to the Thanksgiving Break, testing will be closed on WVU’s Campus from Monday, Nov. 22, through Friday, Nov. 26. The Monongalia County Health Department will offer testing at the WVU Rec Center on Tuesday, Nov. 23, from 8 a.m. to noon.
