2019 CARELEARNING MODULES ARE NOW AVAILABLE
CareLearning Modules—for everyone hired before January 1, 2019:
Staff: careLearning modules are required for all CCMC, CCPC, UHA, contract, & system employees who are on any of the CCMC or CCPC offices.
Exceptions: Physicians, Mid-level providers & Comfort Keepers. Anyone initially hired January 1, 2019 or after and attends General Hospital Orientation does not need to complete the general careLearning modules (there may be competency modules added that will need to be completed). Anyone who resigns and then is rehired during 2019 may be required to complete careLearning.
Accessing careLearning: Prior to Monday April 22, 2019 (Due to the Intranet Change):
Go to the Intranet front page>Resource links>carelearning in the carelearning site choose student log-in on the left hand side>enter your student id and password OR www.careLearning.com
April 22, 2019 and after: On the front page of the Intranet select Training on the left side and then in the middle under Camden Clark you will find careLearning.
Due Date: General Annual Mandatory Modules are due September 30, 2019. Some modules will have earlier due dates. Your manager will communicate that info to you if appropriate.
Student ID and password:
Example 1 - ID-typically it’s the first four digits of your last name + first initial of your first name + last four digits of your social security number.
Example 2 If you are already registered in careLearning at another facility, then we will add the second letter of your first name.
Password-your given first name (as it appears in HR or on your paystub) If your first name is longer than 10 characters, you may only enter the first 10).

PW: Mary PW: Mary
Please Note: If you have changed your name via marriage or divorce, your sign-on will continue to be the first four digits of the last name that you had when you were originally assigned to careLearning. We cannot change this unless you get a new social security number. We can change the way your name prints out on a transcript, but we cannot change the student ID.
Important Notes
- Many of the courses have pre-tests to several of the courses. If you pass the pre-test with 100%, you will not be required to complete the entire module.
- Modules are assigned based on department and job code.
- If there is a video in your curriculum, you must watch the video to get credit for the course.
Keep in mind that if you are an employee and you are also a student, you will have additional modules to complete.
