GME Video Requests
Video priorities for residency and fellowship programs are assessed and reviewed annually each September with the Office of Graduate Medical Education. Many factors are considered when deciding which video projects take priority, including enrollment, capacity, and the "shelf life" of a previous video.
Video Subject Matter
Beginning in Fall 2023, recruitment videos will feature residents/fellows only, to provide an authentic first-hand experience view of the programs represented. Additional program director or chair's messages can supplement a program's overall recruitment video.
Longevity
Full-scale recruitment videos should have a three-year lifespan. Program and Chair messages can be updated annually, or as leadership changes dictate.

Program and Chair messages are filmed on the following dates. Please use the appropriate form to reserve your time.
- Fall 2023 - Tuesday, October 17, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Winter 2024 - Wednesday, January 10, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Spring 2024 - Thursday, April 18, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Summer 2024 - Monday, July 15, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
